These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.selvaib.com (the "Site"), owned by Selva Investment Banking (Tax ID 901.875.289), domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Access to and use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The Site has an informative and institutional purpose regarding Selva IB's investment banking and corporate financial advisory services. Its use does not, in itself, give rise to any contractual or professional relationship.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C., without prejudice to the consumer rights provided for in Law 1480 of 2011 where applicable.
