Access to and use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site has an informative and institutional purpose regarding Selva IB's investment banking and corporate financial advisory services. Its use does not, in itself, give rise to any contractual or professional relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conditions of access and use<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, public morals, public order and these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Use of the Site for unlawful purposes, or in ways that may damage, disable or overload the Site, or prevent its normal use by third parties, is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide through the Site's forms.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Intellectual and industrial property<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contents of the Site (texts, trademarks, logos, designs, images, code and other elements) are owned by Selva IB or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 486 of 2000, Andean Decision 351 of 1993 and other applicable rules. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Content, liability and nature of the information<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information published on the Site is general and informative in nature and does not constitute an offer, recommendation or financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Selva IB does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Third-party links<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Selva IB neither controls nor accepts responsibility for their content, policies or practices.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data protection and data messages<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy. Electronic communications and data messages are fully valid in accordance with Law 527 of 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogot\u00e1 D.C., without prejudice to the consumer rights provided for in Law 1480 of 2011 where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Amendments<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selva IB may amend these Terms at any time; the version in force shall be the one published on the Site.
